These terms apply to purchases made on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

ORDERS
All products are made to order. After you pay, you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a payment fails, and we will refund you in full if we do.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your card details.

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
See our Refund Policy. Because every cap is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to show colors and prints as accurately as we can. Colors can look different on different screens, and small variations are normal in made-to-order items.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images and text on this website belong to us. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
